It is the perfect combination of high-quality products, passionate culinary craft and original recipes with down-to-earth roots. In short: a taste experience that leaves nothing to be desired. Apart from the desire to repeat it soon. Gault–Millau was also impressed by our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol – we were awarded three toques!
